Emilly Mills - Founder and Director of Evoke Experiences

DIRECTOR & FOUNDER

Emily Mills, with her varied life experiences, has arrived at the creation and management of Evoke Experiences. The company embodies her passions, interests, and strengths. She is known for her meticulous planning abilities and has demonstrated her skills in project management and business development. Her expertise spans across diverse industries such as TV advertising, corporate sponsorship, sports marketing, and the management of major lifestyle events and festivals, including the world’s largest triathlon, Noosa Tri.

In addition to her corporate endeavors, Emily has also ventured into the realm of sailing, working as a private chef on super yachts for high-end international clients in various parts of the world. She has also managed operations and continued her culinary passion as private chef in luxury ski chalets in the French Alps.

Emily's interests extend beyond business and culinary pursuits. She is a trained yoga instructor and is presently engaged in studying Integrated Nutrition & Health Coaching. Her diverse range of passions offers insight into the birth of Evoke.

Drawing upon her unique skills, Emily invests herself in her business to deliver a polished, captivating, and unforgettable experience for all clients. Her creativity, ability to think outside the box, and talent for curating event visions are noteworthy. However, what truly sets her apart is her operational expertise, enabling her to transform visions into reality.

Heidi has over 20 years’ of experience as an Events Marketing Specialist, delivering high-quality and impactful events and experiences in the Education and Corporate sectors across Europe, Latin America, and Australia.

Her exceptional talent lies in skillfully uniting the right individuals, be they key industry suppliers or clients seeking tailor-made experiences, to create truly magical moments. Nurturing and managing relationships is a vital aspect of ensuring the successful execution of every event or experience, and Heidi thrives on collaborating to find customised and imaginative solutions.

In addition to her expertise in events, Heidi is also a trained Wellness Coach who inspires others to embrace a holistic lifestyle through the mind-body connection. She wholeheartedly believes in embodying the joie de vivre, the joy of life, and encourages others to do the same.

EVENTS & MARKETING MANAGER

Harriet is a seasoned Marketing and Events Manager with nearly 15 years of experience in executive events, business, and operational positions. Her key strengths lie in her innate talent for conceptualising and executing complex events and experiences with ease. Whether it's a large-scale conference, a corporate retreat, or an intimate networking gathering, she approaches each project with a relaxed nature and a high drive for delivering outstanding quality and an exceptional customer experience.

One of Harriet's defining characteristics is her passion for supporting others and going above and beyond to exceed expectations. She thrives on creating environments where everyone feels valued, inspired, and motivated. Her genuine care for people and dedication to their success is evident in every interaction she has.

In addition to her expertise in marketing and events management, Harriet is also trained in integrative nutrition. She believes in the power of kindness and its ability to create meaningful connections and foster personal growth.
