Evoke Experiences created and executed a bespoke itinerary for a luxury celebration. An all-encompassing 6-day, 5-night itinerary was designed to meet the client’s desires and we then planned and executed all itinerary elements.

Our clients were a group of family and friends coming together to celebrate a 40th birthday, seeking an end-to-end service for luxury concierge and event management. We carefully curated a boutique hotel experience at a private premium holiday house, which included poolside styling and additional equipment, complimentary menus, bar service and on-site guest services.

In addition to this experience, we also arranged a pre-arrival fridge and pantry stock, arrival platter, in-house wellness, dining experiences, off-site celebrations, massage and beauty services, a nanny service, equipment hire, transportation, daily room service, and more. Our meticulous planning and attention to detail ensured a seamless and unforgettable experience for the clients and their guests.

For memorable dining experiences, we designed and executed a poolside under-the-stars 6-course degustation dinner for the host couple, an intimate elegant birthday dinner, chef-prepared breakfasts, themed lunches and family dinners. All menus were designed and prepared by a skilled private chef who was supported by a sous chef and wait staff.  We worked closely with the clients to understand their culinary preferences and dietary restrictions. 

Additionally, we organised an off-site celebration to cater for a larger group of 40 pax, complete with vibrant styling, canape catering, children's entertainment, live music, and professional bartenders.
