Corporate Gala Dinner - Case Study

Beyond Experiences was engaged to design, plan and deliver a wow-factor Corporate Gala Dinner for a large group of 225 guests from the cosmetics and beauty sector. We built an event venue in Noosa Woods, which is a blank grassed area overlooking the Noosa River. Located a stone’s throw from the group’s accommodation at Sofitel Noosa Pacific Resort in the heart of Noosa, a sperry sail tent was erected, and the venue was beautifully styled with luxe Noosa coastal furniture and decor. An under-the-stars lounge area completed the venue, and overhead festoon lighting created a beautiful atmosphere.

Upon sunset, arrival beverages were served and a 3-course sit-down menu was served on stylish long tables. As the event was an awards evening, staging and extensive AV was included and managed throughout the event. An acoustic duo entertained guests upon arrival and a 4-piece band was the finale act following the awards ceremony.

A stylish catering caravan was a site component, as well as luxury mobile toilets, and themed site lighting. The setting was grand, the vibe was high and the client and guests alike experienced a memorable night!
