Noosa Luxury Concierge - Case Study

Our clients were coming together to celebrate a 40th Birthday and were seeking full luxury concierge and event management support. Our services included accommodation agency liaison, airport transfers, fridge & pantry stock, arrival platters and chilled champagne and daily restaurant bookings. Exclusive regional experiences were included in the guest itinerary and these were a Helicopter & Hinterland Lunch Experience for 10 guests and a Sunset Cruise & Waterfront Dining Experience for 5 guests.

We arranged and managed all catering elements throughout the guest’s stay, which entailed daily delivery of chef-prepared breakfast platters, an in-house chef breakfast, in-house lunches and dinners and a Birthday Celebration Dinner prepared by a private chef. Daily poolside yoga and PT sessions were conducted by experienced instructors.

All transfers for the group across the 6 days were managed by our team and we also provided on-site concierge services including daily framed itineraries, resetting the house each day and assisting guests with any queries or requests.
