Corporate Noosa Beach Lounge, Gala Dinner & Regional Activities

Our New Zealand Corporate client was seeking end-to-end event management assistance with their two off-site social events for their three-day corporate trip to Noosa. We designed, planned and delivered a Noosa Beach Lounge experience for the 85 delegates to follow their morning business sessions. The intention for this event was to provide a relaxing environment for the delegates to connect with one another, chill out and enjoy the Noosa sunshine!

The boutique experience included a giant Nordic tipi set up on Noosa Beach as the their private beach lounge. It included coastal styling fit with lounges, day beds, beach chairs and umbrellas, tikki bar and beach games. Live acoustic music set the scene for the beach scene, while premium beverages were served, accompanied by a grazing lunch table and substantial roaming canapes. We also supplied an ice-block cart offering Sunshine Coast made yumminess! Delegates swam in the sea, relaxed in the lounge, played games and also learnt how to (or at least witnessed) some incredible iconic sand sculpting.

Day two for this group was all about fun and exploring the region. We arranged three regional experiences that delegates could pre-select - these included a golf morning, a Noosa National Park guided hike and a Eumundi Markets expeience. We arranged all aspects of these half day experiences inclusive of return transfers. The second and final night of the corporate program was the Gala and Awards Evening.

The finale started with a sunset cruise which departed from nearby their resort, and they enjoyed beverages, canapes and live acoustic music (even some didgeridoo for our internationals!). The guests disembarked the stylish boat and strolled to their waterfront venue, which hosted the dinner element of their night. It was here that the group was treated to a three-course seated dinner served at beautifully styled long tables, beverage package and an impressive band which carried them into the night.

This New Zealand group was a pleasure to host and we were delighted to bring their event to life for them.
