Barefoot Beach Tipi Dinner & Paddock to Plate Long Lunch

We curated and executed two distinct experiences for our corporate client: the Noosa Barefoot Beach Dinner and the Paddock to Plate Long Lunch. Our client, a corporate group of 56, sought unique and immersive event experiences in premium locations in Noosa and the Sunshine Coast Hinterland.
For the Noosa Beach Lounge, we created a beach dinner in perhaps the best location in Noosa, on Noosa Main Beach West. We built the beach venue, consisting of a giant Nordic tipi adorned with fairy lights, coastal cocktail furniture and under the stars beach lounge.
Guests enjoyed a bespoke welcome cocktail and a stand-up beach feast with chef-prepared BBQ proteins, sides, and roaming dessert canapes. A live duo entertainment and a glamorous fire entertainer created an amazing atmosphere to complement the beach dining experience. We managed the complete build of the site which included site infrastructure inclusive of the tipi and styling, plus luxury mobile toilets, mobile kitchen and equipment, power source, and green room.
For the Paddock to Plate Long Lunch, we organised an exclusive event at a Sunshine Coast hinterland property. The group were collected from their resort by a fleet of varied vintage cars that took them on a scenic coastal drive before heading out into the Sunshine Coast hinterland, where they arrived at their luxury private property.
The rustic native Australiana styling, scattered hay bales, and market umbrellas created a charming and relaxed ambiance. Our team took care of every detail, from styling and catering to live entertainment and event infrastructure. Guests enjoyed a farm-to-table experience with arrival canapés, a sumptuous 3-course sit-down Farm Share Feast lunch showcasing local produce, and a premium beverage package featuring local wines and craft beer. Lawn games and a solo acoustic artist provided entertainment.
Our dedicated team played a pivotal role in the success of both events. Their expertise in event design, planning, and execution ensured a bespoke experience tailored to the clients' preferences. The Event Director, Operations Manager, and Event Manager collaborated seamlessly to bring each event to life, handling logistics, supplier management, and all on-site operations. Through meticulous attention to detail and exceptional service, we created memorable experiences that exceeded our client’s expectations.
