As well as acting as the overall on ground support for our client, Beyond Experiences delivered two exclusive bespoke experiences within the four-day incentive programme. Upon arrival from New Zealand, the guests were whisked away from the Sunshine Coast Airport to a unique country estate to enjoy a unique Paddock To Plate Long Lunch. The cold Auckland weather was a distant memory as they lapped up the sunshine at the private country estate, enjoyed sipping welcome fruit punch, Pimms, cold beers and champagne, played various lawn games and listened to live acoustic music.
A bespoke Paddock To Plate menu, made up of all sharing platters, was designed for the client and showcased local Sunshine Coast produce. Overall it was a relaxing afternoon and the perfect welcome to our region before they checked into their resort and embarked on the rest of their programme.
For the closing night of our client’s programme, Beyond Experiences delivered a Sunset Cruise and Waterfront Gala Dinner Experience. This event commenced with the collection of the guests by a private boat where beverages and canapes were served as they took in the sunset scenery of the Noosa River and Noosa hinterland. the guests disembarked the boat a short distance from their Gala Dinner destination and were greeted by fire performers who lead the group to the riverfront restaurant.
It was here that the guests enjoyed an exclusive three-course dinner at the award-winning restaurant, listened to a four-piece live band, enjoyed some dinner formalities and spilled outside to the exclusive styled lawn area to relax post dinner.
